Rebuilding Clearo 1 atomizers?

Hi all,

Started using an old vape (the first clearo) to fight the cravings but it seems my wick inside the atomizer is black - no burnt taste yet. Is it possible to re-wick these old atomizers? I figure I probably won't be able to replace them even after lockdown ends. Unfortunately I can't find anyone who's willing to send me a new vape either.
