Vaporesso Tarot Pro Battery started burning

Hi,
When I took batteries out of my Vaporesso, one started burning, I removed it immediately but now the connection is no longer working, I'll include pic for better info as soon as I can in this signal deadzone I live.
But it burnt where the battery's positive (or negative) made connection...if that makes any sense.

Can this be fixed or should I say goodbye to this beautiful thing?

A bit hard to say from the pic as it isn't clear.

I think regardless of the damage, if it managed to do this in the first place I wouldn't feel comfortable using it again. You don't know what caused it, and next time it might do damage to more than just yourself.

Personally I would recommend tossing it in the bin. At least you can now have a reason to buy a new mod!

Nothing more depressing than throwing away a mod. They are expensive things to collect and to see it turn into a brick makes me very sad!
