Velocity Clone by iVogo issues

Hey guys,

So I just got this dripper, set it up with dual 26ga kanthal 6 wrap coils and it came out at 0.6 ohms on my iStick 50w.

I vaped about 4 or 5 refills worth and then it started reading at 0.1 ohm.

The iStick wouldn't fire anymore as it doesnt fire that low.

I removed the RBA and my iStick was still reading at 0.1 ohm?!

I put my subtank on and it reads perfectly at 0.8 ohm

Ive wrapped new coils for the Velocity and its still just reading 0.1 ohm.

Any ideas?

Maybe the post screws have broken one or more of the coils' tails?

Not sure about this one, maybe worth a try: Take out the copper screw at the bottom. Below that is the center pin screw head. Make sure it is tight (do not overtighten as it might break) as it keeps the positive post in place on the insulator.

Thanks Andre you advice worked, removing the centre pin worked.

The coils read 0.6 ohm but after i dry burn them read 0.4 ohm. Is this normal?

I don't feel the need to mention the retailer i purchased it from. I'll be in contact with them if the issue persists
