but the wording on those laws were very unclear. and basically it was a change to the constitution with a "we will figure the details out later" approach.
there should be changes.
but if you want people to vote for those changes, at least tell them what the changes are before allowing them to vote on it.
Don't know why they don't mention NaTis. I paid my last two licenses directly with NaTis and it cost me R99 for delivery right to my door within 3 days. On the first one, they made a mistake with the date and they corrected and sent the correct one via courier again within 3 days at no extra charge.
