    Hi. Is your company able to ship vape products to South Africa with DHL service? I tried to orders some goods but the consultant said that you do not ship any vape products at all to South Africa. Can you please confirm?

    Hi there, thank you for the question, I apologize if our support didn't make it clear.
    1) We ship packages through DHL to South Africa from time to time.
    2) The only problem is that we can not ship drain batteries alone.
    3) Kindly note that we need to declare the actual value, shipping cost can be excluded.
