I have noticed that the coil seems to turn loose all the time too - I have to open and tighten a couple of times during a tank - perhaps this puts strain on the coils? The supplier told me that it is an "old Protank thing"

Mine mostly don't seem to make 10 tanks....

I use Vodka to soak and clean them before dry burning them - and twice now they wouldn't burn after. Wonder if I did something to damage them when I opened them. It was hard to get the long piece off

Wow, I must be doing something wrong :( Is that the original wick, or did you replace it?

I normally do clean and dry burn the coils every few days but the last three coils didn't last that long and were just dead after the dry burn. I do have a variety of juices at the moment and normally top up with a different one each time, so unfortunately can't put a finger on that. Next...

I am getting very frustrated - nearly bought the stinkies today (after 3 plus months)!! Kanger Mini Protank II coils just not lasting. Adding up the cost of coils and the petrol to go and buy them plus the juice is also probably costing me more than stinkies!!! And being stuck without a decent...

Strange, I 'have the Mini and don't even use the rubber gaskets and have no leakage - perhaps try without the gaskets?? I do have the problem of the coil loosening though so just check it every time I refill, or if it isn't functioning well I just check that it is still screwed in tight.
