Needed a strong MTL to give me a nicotine kick. DL-ing 6mg was not working effectively yesterday.

This sinus pot is probably the best I’ve used. :D There is also sterimar which is a bottle of saline solution that looks like a deodorant spray but for volumes a sinus pot is the best imho. The issue I have with illiadin is that my nose blocks up when I don’t use it - so if I grab the illiadin...
