Nope you could manufacture in your basement and sell it. SA has no regulation. If your Air Quality is ISO7 rated it means its an exceptionally clean space which is why Air quality is important and tested.

Absolutely! We have tested them with nic salt too in pods - worked great. Mix at 60VG/40PG for MTL/Salt mixing.
