What build are you running with the menthol? Drop your power and when inhaling leave a gap to suck some air in as well. Just to reduce the hit a little. I am mental about menthol so I love the slap in your face. But it can be a bit much if you either aren't used to it or have too much power on...

Base : 3 to 5 % menthol depending on how icy you like it 1% koolada Then add your flavouring.

Just put in an order at valleyvapour for erm a good few concentrates as well as PG VG Nic. Going to be my first attempt and have 4 recipes lined up. Going to be a LOT of fun, just need to get some syringes at the pharmacy to get amounts and sizes right.
