Sounds informative to me, I have a few juices that was wow of me, but after a second or third buy it became meh, still good, just used to it and looking for something else again. That being said there are some juices i had tried and immediately went Nope, dump it and put other juice in it...

I need some info / teachings here. The vinegar is to cure the meat correct? and then the salt/spice for flavour. So should you mix everything together to make a type of brine? And then let the biltong soak or marinate in it, or should one leave it in the vinegar concoction, take it out, then...

I had a leak or two, but it was with filling and didn't bother to close the airflow. Mine is usually standing upright. Will leave mine on its side and if it leaks i will reply again to this thread, otherwise no leaks no reply or post :)
