Vapowire Pure Nickel (Ni200) 28ga.
The steam-engine curve for single coil is spot-on.
Dual coil from there shows same values, but the vape feels seriously cold, shitty, flavourless... (also, the stupid aromamizer keeps drying up on the wicks)
Where I am right now... not even kidding... i only know the ohms of my coil coz my Rolo is telling me what it is.
I dont calculate or test anything anymore!
"Hmmm, looks like I can fit about 7 wraps onto this deck"... 5 minutes later ... "Vape the thing! I dont care what resistance it is!"
I think this will be my last update...
DNA200 purring along like a kitten now.
(although still testing the battery charging thing - pretty sure its not the device).
So... the Aromamizer RDTA (velocity deck) that I got = garbage (imo).
Cant run single coil. Dual coil just isn't performing well...
0.01ohms and 0.005 ohms atm... TC DNA200...
Not doing it for clouds, just that building a 1ohm Ni200 coil would require a cooking pot for a build-deck lol!
As I have known, and stated elsewhere, the DNA200 just isn't an everyman's device...
Will the RX200 be that? Probably, yes!
The RX200 will outsell the DNA200 by miles, and then some.
It will be a lot more user-friendly, settings on the mod, device - one that will work out of the box with...
a lil update since I've gotten my Rolo.
Very nice, quality built mod. The battery compartment was a bit of a ewww moment.
Everytime I put a battery in or take it out, it rips the sleeve a little bit. Figured that out... (press down on the nobby side with the battery before sliding in the other...
Triggered my order on a ROLO last night, from @KieranD at Vapecartel. (been wanting to get some gear from him for a while now, but things just never aligned right on both sides - ala Vaporshark...)
Smashed an atty, batteries, and Ni wire in there for good measure...
@Andre - I have read through...
This might sound weird, given your results...
I have had reasonably good outcomes "flattening" the coconut extra with Ripe Banana.
Around 50/50 blend of the two makes for a really rounded, smooth, and very "tropical" tasting coconut vape.
What i mean by tropical... think of a piña colada...
Seeing as just a "yes" wont do it justice...
Hell yes! ABSOLUTELY I WANT IT RIGHT NOW!!!
WHY ISN'T IT HERE YET?!
Sorry about that. I really want this mod.
Yes!

Inside the vendor's forum section, you will find the "Who has stock?" subsection.
That is where this should go...
Looks to me a lot of folks are getting defensive for no reason.
Nowhere did OP say that all eFests are bad.
He only said that after 2 of 6 of his 2800mah eFests fizzled, he wont go back to them.
Yes, the 2100 and 2500 versions you all have and trusted for many years and all that... he didnt...
First step, just check that your screws are tightened down proper on your posts.
Second step, make sure that no part of the coil (including any tails where you trimmed it) dont touch any parts of the atty chamber, other than the posts.
Step 3, make sure that that little xtension at the bottom of...
Been a while since i posted, but the safety topic always gets mt attention.
Kudos for asking.
Its better to ask and be called a dumbass, as opposed to not asking and being a dumbass witha blown-off face...
Just my opinion.
As far as battery safety goes...
Alwaya remember that ANY energy...
Of course that is always going to be a priority. Higher for some than others, but fact remains, most people switched to vaping due to health concerns/issues.
As far as mitigating risk... I really do feel that PG/VG is just as safe as the next thing. Sure, there could/should/might be even more...
While acrolein forming from glycerine is a known risk, it is somewhat irrelevant with regular vaping. Even high wattage vaping it simply wouldn't occur.
Why?
Because cotton starts to singe/burn at 450F. (232C).
So the chances of you actually vaping at those temperatures are near 0.
You would...
There might be slight differences between them - not that we (the end users) would likely be able to detect them.
Things like "Food Grade" and "Pharmaceutical Grade" can make a price difference. That mostly just involves the raw purity of the product, but for the most part, would not be...
IMO: larger = more vapor, smaller = more flavour.
Wicking smaller is also a lot more hit and miss. Most folk would stick to 2-2.5mm or close to it. Kind of "middle ground" territory.
You wont notice very much difference between 2mm and 3mm, for example. But you will definitely notice the...
