Telkom mobile is a mixed bag. They have limited cover on their own towers (which is wonderful), and for the rest roam on MTN. The roaming service is terrible, and you have very limited data available. We have about 15 phones with them and its a constant battle if you are out of a major centre.
I had a similar issue with a Cuboid some time ago - also after doing a software update. Try reloading the older software again, check if it works and then redoing the upgrade. It is possible that something went wrong with the upgrade
I like lots of airflow and the TVF4 mini is slightly restricted compared to the Serpent. Its not bad, but for me the Serpent is better. All depends on personal choice and vaping style.
As far as I an concerned the Serpent is the best single coil tank out there. It even does a fair battle with some dual coil tanks. That's why I have 3 of them! I also have a Griffin and assorted other tanks but my favourite of all of them is the Serpent.
Hi @Spongebob, there has been a lot of good advice given in this thread. Please consider that this is the start of your vaping journey, and starting with the wrong equipment can spoil that journey for you. The advances in technology in the last year alone are astounding. Please consider newer...
Two devices come to mind: VTC mini as well as the Pico. both are brilliant and small, single 18650 and full featured. My tank choice would be the Serpent (Full size). It has a brilliant balance between clouds, flavour and economy.
The Pico is a very good choice. i have just ordered my second one. it has all the features and is small enough to do a bit of stealth vaping as well. As Shaun said the mini volt is a nice to have but mine only goes out to restaurants and so on - and the Pico is cheaper. Taking a standard 18650...
Have you tried to source a replacement board? Changing it would not be a difficult bit of work. This all depends on what the price of the board is of course!
Thanks Andre. That is about what I figured out. However, no matter what temperature you select it stays on 75W. It works well despite being a bit different to what I am used to.
Could somebody please help with a Topbox mini. I have 2 questions:
In temperature control mode there seems to be no way of setting the max wattage - it stays on 75W. There also appears to be no way of locking the base resistance. The resistance doesn't change, but all my other mods have to be...
