I want to disagree with you there... 4.2V with a resistance of 0.25ohm's gives you an amp draw of 16.8Amps. 3.5V with a resistance of 0.25ohm's gives you an amp draw of 14Amps. So by those calculations lower volts=Lower Amps in a mech mod.
