So these are my first feeble attempt at coils. Serpent Mini 22mm -> 6 wraps kanthal 24g 0.53 ohm Ijoy Combo -> Prebuilt Alien Coils 4 wraps 0.18 ohm Coiling is easy enough, I seem to struggle with wicking for now. Can only get better from here though :)

No, the Aspire Nautilus X. I don't have experience with the Nautilus (Glass) one. Although my Manager at work has one and he loves it. He is struggling to find coils for the (glass) one though.

Best solution I would suggest is to get a 'cheaper' MTL tank and use that when the craving hits and the Beast when you don't crave anymore... A Nautilus X has helped me kick the stinkies for good...

I bought one of these tanks yesterday and started with rebuilding. The tank is REALLY simple to build and wick especially for a noob like myself. Great value for money imo. Will definitely add 1 more to my collection, but maybe the 25mm.

Thanks again for all the advice guys. Really means a lot. So I visited my friendly neighbourhood vape shop and ended up with a Geek vape master kit v2, a coil master build mat (always wanted to get one;)) and a Serpent Mini 22mm. Will go back tomorrow to get cotton and wire since the tank came...

Thanks for all the advice guys, much appreciated. Currently I use 2 tanks that use the EC (Ccell) coils and i have started using the 0.3ohm coils but the lack of flavour is getting to me. I would say I am more of a flavour chaser than a cloud chaser but having the option to blow some clouds now...

Hi Vapers I want to start rebuilding as the commercial coil avenue has started to do some damage to my wallet. I have no idea what do I need and more importantly which RDA/RDTA is the best to start with to hone my wicking and building skills... Any advise from the PROS would be appreciated...

I would also recommend a new coil, I've noticed my M3M gets hot when the coil is on its last legs...

Have to agree, get a Pico starter kit, won't regret it. And welcome to the Forum....

I think this is a great idea, it should drop the price of commercial coils a lot. I wonder how many different options will be available for the 'guts' of these coils??
