Apparently not, we have always used them free of any licence etc. This has also been confirmed by our local 2 way radio guys.

Good day all, the company that I work for is selling 7 x Kenwood TK3201 radios for R1500-00 each. All are in good working oreder, with chargers. Buyer would have to take all 7 they can't be sold individually.
