Like I said in the post, use the spare drip tip that comes with it, or you could just use one of your own. Delrin, acrylic, wood etc. will not get that hot.

I did get it because I wanted 22mm DL BF atty's for squonkers I do not yet have :) , so for the Reo the biggest downside is the diameter. It would have been nice at 18mm, but now that it's on the Reo I don't want to take it off.

Sorry I don't understand, but from what I can gather you are using 26g 316l SS on the dripbox, so at 60w that wire should be fine. How does it burn out? Do you have a pic of the dead coil?
