Two of favourite past times, vaping and gin. The only thing still constant in the Avatar is the brand of gin since mods come and go and bottles empty really fast ...
My lung function has always been okay but 2 years ago it started dropping. It has been almost 2 years since I quit the stinkys and my lung function has improved again. My resting heart rate used to be in the 60's to 70's and it has plummeted with my 12 lead ECG showing no abnormalities at...
My work dictates that I have a specific medical check up every two years (annual if you do not quite pass all the criteria).
Some of the results
ECG: Normal with a resting heart rate of 44 bpm (I am not an athlete except for some MTB when I get the chance)
Lungs: 104% for my age average

Genosmate thank you! My kind of 'list' that I love. I will try get a few sample as I work with a bunch of US / UK guys (no ladies sadly :() or I shall just order online and put my faith in SAPO.

Menthol definitely kills my taste buds but I oh so love it. I switch to Five Pawns (something or the other) at night just to give my buds a break but come morning, I have to start the day with a menthol and a cup of coffee!
Exactly the point. I firmly believe is that e-ciggies are healthier than stinkies (No chest cough or phlegm anymore). We all know that e-cigs are not healthy, what we vapers do know is that it is HEALTHIER than our stinkies we were addicted to.
What is needed are baselines on what the average...
I'm not sure if this has been posted (if so, could the mods delete or merge it please) but an interesting article.

Interesting when tied up with the other study on normal breathing done in Los Angeles. What's interesting to me is the component side of things as the...
A bit of a late reply but I can really vouch for the VS1 / 2 with a protank mini. They are my everyday out and about devices. I prefer the vs2 and the voltage setting knob is sturdier than the one on the VS1 but both are great imo.
