The Pico cap screws on to the exact same position every time. I took a file and some sandpaper and filed it down a bit and the avo 24 and mage RTA screwed on past the cap with a bit of overhang on the other side. The only issue I found was that you need to screw the tank off to take the cap off...

So I promised some feedback and after 6 days the AL85 is a winner for me. I'm not sure if the chipset is more efficient than the pico but vaping at 2-4watts higher than the pico the battery seems to still last a bit longer. The hit also feels a bit harder but I think my pico was giving in anyway...

I've actually just placed a order for the AL85 but the mod only as my pico is starting to misfire after a year of abuse. Will let you know what I think of the device once it's in hand
