First check the minimum resistance your Snowwolf can read and make sure the coil you're using is above that resistance. If this is the case, the other coil you might be using might also be faulty. Check resistance is an error you'll get if the resistance is either too low, or the mod is not...

Ruthless has an exclusive agreement with the vendor. Sample more international juices from other local vendors. You'll find equally good profiles at good pricing.

He's probably looking for an Aero... There's many better products on the market. Convince him to buy something else. Most "real" vape stores won't be able to service his product and if he does go with an "Aero" he's going to be paying double what he should.
