According to a little law know as Ohms on a full charge you will be drawing 14A. Samsung rates the 30Q at 15A. Usually I wouldn't cut it so close but tests done by Mooch here reckons that these can handle 20A safely. I personally trust his tests but use with caution as well.

If you adjusted the grub screw up, evertime you take out and put the atty back it adjusts itself down if tightened properly. That feature is quite handy to get the atty facing the right direction.

Most commonly used 18650 vaping batteries, HG2, Q30, VTC, 25R etc have a standard charging rate of around 1.5A and a fast (max) charging rate of 4A so 2A charging should not be a problem. But it`s always best to check your battery spec sheet for the max charge rate beforehand. Having said that...
