What pg/vg ratio? Considering you're using TFA percentages seem a wee bit low there, won't have much flavour methinks

How's this a suppliers fault? You're using your own mixes. I'm not following here. Most people who DIY use concentrates from the international big boy manufacturers. Yes some concentrates do tend to gunk up coils faster than others do but you chose to mix so i'm a little confuzzled here

New labels, new bottles, someone to bottle and stick on labels, above and beyond all normal bottling and labeling going on. Yes i like the idea of sample bottles myself, just the viability of it worries me.

That's really odd. My griffin 25 i never close the juice flow or air flow and it never leaks. Try a 3.5 mm ID 22 or 24g build in there or 3mm ID normal claptons and see if it makes a difference

A few drops of 6mg nicotine juice isn't going to do anything to an adult. That said, ejuice flavourings added to drinks, especially coffee in very small (drop or three) amounts make for some very fun experimenting.
