Unfortunately I switched back to my rolo and threw out the old coils. I tried even a spaced 26 gauge 2.5di at 8 wraps. All I got was burnt cotton and a dead coil
Hey guys. For those of us who have gotten the new Dripbox I'm sure that the question is, what exactly can one put on the stock atty to build good flavour builds, considering all the fun wires one can get. So, what has been used thus far on the stock atty by you great RBA experts?
Personally...
Hey, there's no harm in asking knowledgeable people. Best thing to do when in doubt. I personally would never trust a R20 battery. But for the love of everything holy, please do not use that battery in a mod.
I heard of a guy that spent over R1000 on an Rx200 and put in 3 of those R20 batteries to save money. It did not end well. He's lucky he still has a hand
Thank you. Thinking long term can often be the difference between having what you need and being destitute. Most people buy juice and vape supplies as needed. However, if that supply line is suddenly cut, it causes panic. And that panic causes resorting to the next option, which happens to be...
When it comes to vaping, sometimes thinking a bit like a Doomsday Prepper helps a lot. Always make sure you have enough juice for at least 6 months to a year, Enough batteries to keep you going in case Eskom crashes and we are out of electricity for a couple days or more. Spare devices incase...
@Spydro @rogue zombie thank you very much for your very informative input. Hopefully this guidance will put me on the right diy track and get me motivated again. I look forward to giving those flavours a go.
I've been struggling with DIY and I've been wanting to go back to stand alone flavours. Are there any other flavour concentrates out there that work well alone? Fruity, sweet or savoury?
@Viper_SA not as well as expected :nusenuse: seems like I just got the wrong concentrates. Did get a couple good mixes but nothing more other than that. Got a recommendation that I'm going to try at a later point. Just have to use what I've got at the moment. Yesterday went mad scientist and...
Unfortunately the needle file does take off paint, however the area needed to be rounded is very thin unnoticeable once the bottle is in place. @Viper_SA I've turned the bottle to an unscratched area and so far there is no further damage. Looks like a case of untidy Chinese machining.
The scratches line up with the one side so I took out the bottle and felt the edge and only on the right side, where the scratches line up, there is a sharp edge. So I've taken a needle file and very gently rounded it. Hopefully this will resolve the problem
