That's the attitude to take and see how quickly they get reputable delivery agencies and not some 16 year old on a motorcycle who pops in at the local arcade forgetting about YOU.

I honestly believe it is high time that we name and shame companies for shoddy service. Let them find one of their clients using someone else due to poor service and they will get their arse into gear asap!

Yep be carefull to rinse the brasso off properly as not only does it taste crappy it will cause you to grow hair on your eyelids.

I could'nt agree more. I am now so into the creating/blending recipe side that I have arranged for my work to pay my salary straight to my concentrate supplier and they can send me the change!

This sounds awesome. I will be ordering the concentrate's you used as anything orange is right up my alley.
