Not necessarily, the amount of alcohol and possibly other flammable ingredients used in the concentrates vary, it will be classified as a class 3 if it has a flash point between 23 and 60 deg C. Strawberry has a flash point above 90 deg C so it's safe ;)
@Imthiaz Khan as far as I know the alcohol is the main ingredient responsible for the flammability, but when I was discussing the whole shipping situation with TFA they did mention that it wasn't only the alcohol that was responsible but didn't go into detail as to what other ingredients were...
