As per Chris, you have to calibrate the coil when it is dead cold and has absolutely no hotspots, try spacing the coil just a little that solved all replay issues for me. You might also want to make sure your mod has correct internal resistance calibrated and has correct room temperature...

The Courier Guy, never had any issues with them and always next day delivery doesn't matter where from. The other two take longer no other complaints really, but always need new vape things NOW! Waiting sucks.

May also be that you are hydrating more with vaping and helping to process the acids from your blood out better. I certainly drink more as vape makes my mouth dry, not sure how much it has helped with Gout I have other joint issues on top of it so hard to judge what is source of pain.
