From what I have read, I will avoid anything with diacetyl. I do vape some flavours containing the substitutes, but that is my choice. So long as it is clearly stated if the liquid contains acetoin/acetyl propionyl I am fine with it.

Think I should give this a go, still carrying the effects of my first attempt at dropping stinkies cold turkey.

I certainly did not think giving up that filthy habit would be easy at all, this has been an absolute breeze! And there's still so much to do, to try!! I love it!

So with the advice I got today, I set out to build another coil, and this time, I got it on camera This is only my second working coil though, and my Lumia 520 really doesn't like taking pictures of very small things, so it may not look pretty 32g kanthal wrapped on a 2mm silica wick. 5 wraps...

Can't wait to see it, and if it's do-able, maybe even try it myself!
