I've tried many MTL rta's. The neeko wasn't as good as either the beserker v2 or b3. Both of those are great options. Another good one is the thx tauren mtl rta, if you can find one. An old Skool option is the hellvape Md RTA, again, if you can find one. My current favourite is the dvarw...

How do you get small bubbles and lots of them. My atty's like to make one big bubble. Is your eLiquid maybe less viscous than mine (70/30)? Maybe our altitude difference?

If the base is 50/50 and the one shot is pg based (most of them are) then it will lower the ratio even further. No amount of steeping will change a mix from awful to great. Not saying that steeping doesn't work, I'm saying that it allows flavours to mix properly and develop. But an awful soapy...
