I think to solve the problem on this forum, on the sale template, add a new requirement: "Cleaned: Y/N" That way, buyers will know what to expect and more often than not, sellers would clean it out anyways because now it's being pointed out. /thread

I'm no expert but I would eliminate the menthol to see if that's the culprit. IMO 1% is already too much.
