Thanks @Yiannaki @OPium46 It is completely normal as Yiannaki mentioned. Maybe try using a different wire type or variation, I have personally found that the chinese wire brands (ie: Demon killer etc) tend to gunk up faster than straight kanthal, Nichrome, and pre-built coils from our local...

Just an FYI: The first few batch's were pre-steeped close to 3 months. The original release date for Frosteez was supposed to be January, however unforeseen circumstances occurred which delayed the release date. Since release the response has been overwhelming, hence fresher/newer batches...

Once again, im really sorry for your disappointment, its really not something I like to hear, as consistency is something I take very seriously. But the only reason here, is that unfortunately the batch was fresher than usual.
