I use a D4 to charge my Samsung 40T cells in a pinch, it's a very tight fit but it works. The Nitecore Q4 is better suited to 21700 cells, I use these chargers all the time, 21700's fit with room to spare and the springs don't fight back or destroy wraps like some of the other brands I've tried...

if you're going to use cotton balls, make sure to boil them twice (ideally in distilled water also available from the pharmacy) before using it for vaping.

Brand wise I’d pick Nitecore every time, just pick the one with the features you need. I’ve pretty much used all their models but favour the Q4 because the springs aren’t as stiff as the others so getting batteries (especially 21700) in and out is a breeze so I don’t have to rewrap my batteries...

Stick with the RPM and Nord for now, they are excellent devices and coils are still readily available at the moment, there are a bunch of devices for which coils and pods have run out of stock pretty much everywhere.
