A hexohm o frame was a winner for me with the juggerknot v2, quite a bulky setup though, how ever I was lucky to run into a double barrel v3 squid industries that came with a 3D printed cover which gave the ability to house a 28mm.

I find it difficult to judge a tank on condition compared to a device. The device generally gets dinged over time. If there was something missing like a glass broke I would mention it. Maybe age of the tank would be a better way of judging condition because of o rings over time start to perish...
