This is exactly why I have a problem with it. Payfast bends the rules for some and over reaches with others. Both cigars.co.za and cigarclub.co.za sell online and use their services. And they are most definitely tobacco products. Yet a device, which is most definitely not one, and ejuice, which...
It's the same as using ebucks. There is only a single transaction and the whole thing is done within the same company, so there are full records. There are many online businesses that use token exchange.
Someone needs to come up with a local token-based system. I.E. buyers purchase tokens which are then redeemable for products. This was an old loophole used to get around certain liquor license trading rules. Each site could also, theoretically, run it's own token or voucher system.
Sounds like twisp should have just done a bit more homework and got more in-depth information from the authors of the study instead of just relying on a single article.
A better choice would be hydrosols, which are the closest thing but are water based and are made during the oil extraction process. These would at least mix with your vg/pg more easily.
Published last Saturday as the weekend's "Big Read".
The best way to beat the system is to work from inside it.

That's why Coke and KFC still won't release their recipes publicly. It's too easy to make a tiny change and call your own. Hell, I won't even share my beard oil formula!
I get this with by cuboid mini but never did with my Kbox or when dripping. lol. I'm guessing that the different flavours are effected by the temperature and environment.
If someone publishes their recipes publicly or they are already freely available it would be very hard to prove wrongdoing. Especially when the slightest modification could render it "original".
As for using available free recipes commercially, as long as they don't claim to have invented it...
Stabilised wood shouldn't really be able to absorb oils, since it is saturated with resin to 'stabilise' it. It will no doubt retain a very small amount of porosity, especially near the surface, but shouldn't really require anything more than a very light wipe with a light oil to pop nicely.
There are actually several online cigar shops in SA serviced by PayFast in clear contravention of the laws so it's a bloody nerve for them to dictate to those who are well within it.
I vape at my desk in an office full of people, but I try to do so discreetly, so no cloud chucking.
Maybe the cloudy kiosk is a good way of promoting awareness.
Just thinking about what works together with food pairs some of those together nicely
Caramel Popcorn
Nuts and Bananas
Nuts, bananas and cream

So a few weeks ago we were robbed at home while sleeping.
Thankfully we slept through it and nobody was hurt.
The thieves took our laptops, cellphones, tablets, kids Christmas presents and, bizarrely, my Kbox mini. Leaving me not only without the goods, but without a nicotine fix to help me...
