french pipe

I was looking for a French Pipe flavoured E-Juice and came across this review. Is this a RDA with a long drip Tip? How does so little E-Juice wet the wick to vape? Does anyone have a good recipe for a French Pipe E-Juice? If so, can you also describe the flavour, is it sweet, bitter, acrid etc...
