koopor plus

I recently came across this mod, which was given by a friend. I put in 2 freshly charged 18650's and nothing, won't turn on. The mod is a bit worn out and small bumps here and there. Can anyone help me with a starting point to check why it won't turn on?

I desperately need some assistance. My first device is a Koopor plus with a Griffen 25 atomiser. The challenge is that the instructions are far from clear. I have never read of anyone referring to a Koopor but am very proud of my first setup. I just can't work out what the different settings...
