In no way, shape or form am I affiliated with eciggies.co.za. That having being said, I have to share the following:

I have been a loyal customer to Walter & Tanya for a long time and have always been impressed with their service. I always ask for a little "surprise present" with my orders and they always send me something extra. It has become a bit of a joke between us by now. I was however very surprised this morning when I received my package. I ordered some juice, a Kangertech Aero mini and BVC 5 pack coils (on purpose) since I wanted to play with these coils and take them apart for new ideas. Walter called me and asked if I knew the BVC coils didnt fit on the Aero mini. I told him yes and what my intention was with these coils. He laughed and said cheers. To my surprise, this morning, when opening the pack I found Walter included a Nautilus mini as my "gift"!!! Wow, what a surprise!

Thanks Walter - you are a great Father Christmas!! You've got a customer for life. I will always support your business.

It is exactly that customer value and service value that Walter has that made me buy from them and that drove me to rep for them on this forum. Any vendor who recognizes the value of his customer the way that Walter does deserves my support and loyalty.
