Yes we do, on juice. If you have juice of R1000+ in the cart you will get free shipping nationwide.
We are a juice company. Our primary business is the design, development and production of e-liquids since 2016.
We added a hardware section during 2021 mainly as a service to our clients, and just for the pleasure of it tbh.
Because margins on hardware are kept extremely low - as reflected in our prices - free shipping cannot be offered on hardware.
On juices we used to offer free shipping above R400, but as costs rose, we had to choose between raising prices or raising the bar on free shipping. We chose the latter, as we chose to keep hardware prices at a minimum rather than offering free shipping on it.
We are a juice company, and intend staying that way. For the same reason we offer cashback on juices but not on hardware. Our systems are designed around customized juice, hardware is just a service and a pleasure. You gotta have some fun when running a business as well!
In the end, as someone pointed out, there are no free lunches in life. Free has to be paid for by someone, somewhere.
