Mr Hardwick's offers outstanding service. I recently complained on this forum about a bottle of Mr Hardwick's, which was so hard that I needed both hands to squeeze it. @method1 of Mr Hardwick's contacted me directly when he saw the post and offered to send me another bottle, which he duly did. Not only that, included in the parcel was yet another free bottle of juice for me. Mr Hardwick's remained in contact with me, asking if I was happy with the bottles. When I mentioned that although I can squeeze the replacement bottle, I still find his bottles to be harder than others. He said that he would look into getting other bottles.
All of the above demonstrates what good service is all about. It's not a case of 'the customer is always right', but rather a case of listening to what a customer has to say. I was disgruntled; I am now loyal. Thank you, Mr Hardwick's!
