Hi everyone
I recently purchased a black version Aromamizer rdta v1 from @Vapers Corner
It came with two major problems
1)the bad juice that spits from the wick to chimney which leaks inside the tank and mixes with the clean fresh juice
(i uploaded a picture to show the issue)
2) sometimes filling the tank is impossible without poking the juice holes with a toothpick to take the airout
I don't have these issues with my brothers
Aromamizer silver version.

All the tank parts and orings are tight intact, nothing is loose
My assumption is its a manufacturing fault
Could someone assist me as what i should do

  1. Spitting is usually a coiling/wicking problem.
  2. That happens, especially if you fill too quickly.

Its not actually spitting problem
Sorry i couldn't explain well(English is not my first language)
Its the bad juice that accumulated inside the tank that spitted from the coil.
that it Finds a way and get mixed with the clean juice. If you look at the picture there is brownish colored juice right by the chimney. My worry is that it contaminates the ejuice and could be harmful

Mine (6 ml one) is almost empty and looks exactly like that. A little volume of juice accumulates at the top and bottom of the chamber as the juice level drops - see picture below. Nothing to worry about imo.

You say this is juice coming from inside the chimney, which can only mean that there is a leak on the chimney somewhere? Have you checked that? Either a seal or joint. If the latter it could be a manufacturing fault.

Even so, with a sealed chimney as the juice condensates it will go back to the coil and wick to only be re-vaporized.

Other than above, I am stumped or do not fully understand your problem.

Thanks for all the help @Andre
Below image maybe explains better than my words. That brownish color juice is leaking inside through the chambers. Do u think thats normal because i am not getting this problem on my brothers Aromamizer.and this one is tightly sealed aswell

Hi @canocep66
I know what you saying but you have nothing to worry about.
Your first point, that residue of juice is nothing to worry about most tanks get that residue just some tanks you see more and some less depends on the build you have and wattage you fire at can create more spitback.
Then point 2, this is also normal and usually depends on your vg/pg ratio. The higher the vg the slower the juice will flow. Try using a bottle without a dripping top (i dont know what you call them but those plastic bottles that paulies juice comes in) and insert the tip in the hole (haha haha) no but seriously then squeeze your juice in ( hahahaha) sorry vaping can sound dirty.
But ya your problem should be solved.
Vape on...

You're talking about juice creep. This happens in most tanks. What ive found to slow this process down is to:
  • build the coils exactly half way between the posts, not too high
  • Don't position the coils too close to the posts, so if u look down the chimney, u shouldn't see the inside edges of the coils... if that makes sense...
  • Find the highest comfortable wattage to vape on for that build. If the wattage is too low, unvaporised juice will eventually creep up the chimney
  • Wick the cotton nice and tight, if it's too loose inside the coils it will spit and pop
