Hi..you should try the using the curve mode with wattage to suit your coils..i have the very same setup and didn't enjoy normal power mode.
I also switched off the side LED and firing button light and the batts last a full day now

Plus the usb charging is really not up to speed for me, 1a not good enough

Actually does work quite well. I didn't know how to switch it off but it is a gimmick. I prefer buttons, I liked shape of the mod but it is abit hefty. It feels really solid
