So I contacted the guys at Atomix on Wednesday to ask if I can buy a Dotmod Aio & the rba kit. They tell me sure no problem. Send the invoice, I pay within 30 min. I see they even charged me R120 for delivery even though the purchase is over 2k. I don't complain because of this lock down nonsense & figure that these guys are doing me a favour.
I called today only to find out the my parcel will arrive by mid week, next week, cause they opted for the cheapest option of courier service.
Spoke to Duane & he tells me he's cutting the story short, and basically tells me to go **** myself.
To all the vendors that are abusing customers in these tough times (cause you know we plebs are desperate) the virus will end, then we'll see who will stay open.
