So I feel like I should know better, especially since I am extremely good with my batteries (pairing, charging, wraps etc) but I have been giving this some thought and can't really see much of a problem:
I currently have 2 pairs of "triplets" or married 18650s for the Reuleaux. They are in rotation as triplets and then as individuals between bays.
If I were to go back to a dual 18650 device, I could split these into three pairs essentially. So far, with my rotations etc, they pretty much never deviate by more than 0.05v (which is the deviation between each battery and any other from the other "triplet" marriage.)
Anyone think this is a really bad idea? Or one to do and just monitor?
