Battery Wraps

Hello. A couple of my VTC4s are looking a bit worse for wear. I'm not sure how a peeling wrap affects battery safety and performance.
I'm looking for those heat shrinking wraps that I've seen around the forum from time to time. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
