Hi all, so as most of you know I took a break from vaping and the forum, and I seem to have missed some stuff. What does AIO mean? All in one? I also see terms like nic salts? Now I remember reading that a stinky takes 5 minutes to peak nic levels in your bloodstream, while vaping takes 30 minutes. Does nic salts change this time? Would I benefit from a nic salt device to kick the few stinkies I still have everyday? If so, what are my options? Really want to get off the stinkies completely, but I need that quick fix at times, especially with my mental issues (as those who follow that thread would know).

@Viper_SA

Welcome back, although I didn't know you before! :)

From your questions, it seems that you've been "gone" for a long time. How long is it since you vaped? It seems that things have changed a lot, then?

Yes, AIO means all-in-one.

I don't know if nic salts reach peak level quicker than "ordinary" nic.

Nic salts are great if you need high nic - and if you're trying to quit the stinkies then you need high nic. A measly 3mg juice isn't going to help you much, as you're going to crave your nic-fix.

The difference betw nic salts and ordinary high nic is how it feels when you vape. For example, if you were to vape ordinary nic of 30mg it would be harsh, whereas nic salts at 30mg feel as soft as marshmallow - but don't be fooled - it's going to hit you!

Personally, I think nic salts are the way to go for someone who wants to quit stinkies, as it will satisfy your nic cravings.

The best is to get one of these refillable pod devices (probably new to you) in which nic salts are used. Many peeps are raving about the Aspire Breeze. I use the Aspire Mini Gusto, but the pods are not refillable and they're a bit pricey. Or go for a Twisp Cue, which so many peeps on the forum have said that it got them off the stinkies - within a matter of days! Wish things like this had been around when I stopped smoking!

I'm sure you'll have many replies to your questions. Enjoy sifting through all the info and keep asking questions. :)

Hey bud. Nic Salts is awesome and for me personally really gives me a nice kick and satisfaction out of vaping.

Try grab yourself a bottle of nic salts juice and stick it in one of your current attys. You don't need to buy a AIO to use nic salts. Just build high and close up airflow and keep your watts under 20.

High wattage and Bud Salts don't go as it apparently releases harmful chemicals at higher wattage.

Welcome back @Viper_SA

To kick those last few stinkies my suggestion would be 18mg tobaccoes on a good MTL setup.
Im thinking Reo/RM2 -
With one of your tobacco recipes, im sure that'll do the trick?
What nic level are you vaping at now?

So I can build my normal Cyclone atty and drip nic salt juice? That would be good as it would save money. Still have a non-BF Cyclone and my trusty old iStick 30W. I use that setup to test MTL juices. And still use my Odins to test lung hit juices :oops:

Vaping 3 and 6mg in my new Zeus tanks, and 6mg in the Reo OL16 and Cyclone setups. I just need that quick fix now and then. Yesterday I went through a couple of hours on no vaping and only two stinkies while out with someone. So it really is just a mental barrier I thi k and a habit to break. Nothing beats a habit like a good silver, hahaha
