Alright, builders, let’s talk about the Bonza Pro Tool Kit by Thunderhead Creations. Another tool kit hits the market, promising to be the perfect all-in-one solution for coil builders. But does it actually deliver, or is it just another case of ‘same tools, different bag’? Let’s take a skeptical but fair look.

What’s Inside?

Comprehensive Tool Selection – You’ve got your ceramic tweezers, precision wire snips, cotton scissors, a coil winder jig, coil leg trimmer, a multifunctional screwdriver, and a sturdy multi-tool. Pretty much the usual suspects.

Compact & Portable Case – It all comes in a hard, shatter-proof plastic carry case. Handy for keeping things organized, but let’s see if it actually holds up to wear and tear.

Designed for Hobbyist Builders – It’s aimed at vapers who like to tinker. Whether or not it’s built well enough to last… we’ll find out.

Precision & Safety – Ceramic tweezers are a solid inclusion for safe coil pulsing, and wire snips and trimmers should help with accuracy. Of course, the real test is how well they actually perform in hand.

A Quick Reality Check

Let’s be honest—there’s no shortage of vape tool kits out there. This one isn’t reinventing the wheel, and while the selection looks decent on paper, the real question is: Are these tools actually any good? If they’re flimsy or dull out too quickly, then it doesn’t matter how nice the case looks.
Also, let’s address the obvious: No wire or cotton included. Not a dealbreaker, since most builders prefer to choose their own, but worth noting for newcomers who might assume it’s a complete setup.

Why Am I Even Talking About This?

Some of you called me out on my last preview for being a bit too hype-driven, and you were right. That’s not what I’m about. I went back and reworked this because these previews aren’t just about pushing products—they’re about starting a conversation. I don’t get paid to do these, and I won’t pretend something is great until I’ve actually put it through its paces.

What’s Next?

I’ll need to get my hands on one and see if it holds up in real-world use. The first impressions are decent, but as always, the real test is in the build.

Can't argue with that. The CM kit is great. But to be honest, unless you use simple round wire, the coil kit is sorta pointless. I think the main thing about the Bonza kit is the small compact case, making it easy to carry for on-the-go coil replacements and rewicks. But we will have to wait and see if it is as good as they say.

They do say the "Coil Master V4 Coiling Kit" is suitable for flat wire Pre Made Coil Wire. LOL. I'll tell you soon. Just ordered one.

I find that with premade wire, it tends to try and unwrap the clapton wire/outer wrap.
