So after hearing good things about Vaperite, I decided to order some items from them online.
Order was placed, and shipped out efficently and received 2 days after ordering which was fine.

The problem is, one of the items I ordered being the Dead Rabbit SE kit, was not sealed in its plastic, so it had been opened before and the spares box inside the kit had been ripped open.....

It begs the question, "was I sold a 2nd hand item, or was I sold someones return?" - either way I don't feel that this is right, and had it been a return or a demo etc., that it should have been advertised as such or I should have been made aware of the fact upon placing the order.

I have emailed Vaperite and have yet to get any form of reply.
I will be calling them tom to find out what the heck?

Honestly feels as if someone said, oh well, its an online order, who cares, send them the opened one...

As I said I ordered from them after hearing good things about them, and then this happens.
I doubt I will ever support them again!

Not cool! Some time ago someone posted about the same thing happening to them, but I can't remember which vape shop it was. The vape shop then admitted that it was a return which had been repaired. As you said, there's nothing wrong with selling a repaired item, but state it as such and decrease the price.

I haven't had a chance to phone Vaperite, but I also haven't even gotten any form of reply to the email I sent either...

Try the Live Chat, that is how I got my incorrect supplied item resolved.

So managed to chat a support agent on the live chat, and turns out it was indeed a demo/display unit.

I am very impressed with the way the support agent handled the situation, and how quickly a solution was proposed.

And what was the solution?

And what was the solution?
They were prepared to send me a different rda as a replacement, but I didn't want that as I wanted the SE kit and most places are out of stock at the moment, so they are sending me 3 bottles of their premium juices...

@Angelskeeper - Sorry to hear about your bad experience. I've dealt with them multiple times and just had good experiences. Happy to hear that they were able to remedy their stuff up. As @Stranger said, it's how they handle the bugger up's that count.

Thanks for sharing @Angelskeeper
Good to hear that it got sorted
I agree with @Stranger - most important thing is how things get resolved
