Unfortunately I deleted the software that I used to use - what I can say is that most of the concentrates have not been used at all. My ingredients list includes everything required to make at least the top 20 - 30 recipes on ELR.

The larger bottles (30ml) and above is where I used to hold additional quantity on popular ingredients (Bavarian Cream, Cream Cheese, Cheesecake Graham Crust, New York Cheesecake, Fuji Apple. Meringue , Sugar Cookie, Vanilla Custard, etc.)

PS I recently dropped price to R1500
