Evic vt no firmware upgrade

Hi guys

Was wondering if any of you have come across this problem
Got my eciv just over a week I notived that when doing th 20 clicks mine does not pull up the firmware version, then I tried downloading the software and on both Mac and windows machine the software foes not detect the device? Any help would be appreciated.

The latest version of the Evic VT does not have the 20 click firmware option - has been removed. The Evic VT firmware cannot be upgraded. I believe the new Evic VT mini can be upgraded.

Yip, @Dubz is correct. The Evic VT is not software up-gradable and as from software version 1.19 the ability to check the version has been disabled. The new Evic VTC is software up-gradable (I'm feeling just a little ripped off as I've just bought a VT ) But otherwise the VT seems like a pretty solid device.

I agree with you. It is a shame that you can't upgrade the firmware in the old devices, but hey, she's sill kicking strong and no hiccups!
