Why is the condition not applicable?

I find it difficult to judge a tank on condition compared to a device. The device generally gets dinged over time. If there was something missing like a glass broke I would mention it. Maybe age of the tank would be a better way of judging condition because of o rings over time start to perish or need to be replaced cause e liquid isn't tasting the way it originally did when first used. Does that make sense?

Fair enough although the rating could also be an indication of the condition of the post screws, 510 pin, drip tip, if the metal has scratches etc.
