Vape on a FLIR

No Wick

0.12 Ohms, 5 Wraps Dual Parallel 24 Gauge on Mutation V3 with a custom mech box. About 147 Watts at 35 Amps if I mathed right. Fired longer then normal to see how hot I could get it. Apparently the FLIR E8 Maxed out at 536.

Box build
Wicked

Organic Cotton, all juiced up. Just pulsed it like I would be hitting it.
Battery Tabs

Only had heat on lower tabs (Neg on parallel box)
MOSFET

The fet is under heat shrink. Not sure if this is the fet giving off the heat or the 10K resister.

The last picture is the mosfet's juction temperature and not the resistor - if it was the resistor, the mosfet will barely switch on (the hotter the resistor the higher its resistance). Not adequate contact surface area on battery tabs will cause that kind of heat dissipation.
