Got a moment?

Whats with the vague click-bait headline?
Sounds like a sex worker in a dark alley.
That said this topic has been covered a lot, but over in the Health matters thread.

IMO not worried.. humidifiers have been used by asthmatics for a long time now, if they were drowned by their own medication, we'd have heard about it by now.

I hear you.
Cliff hanger notes. :)
Its mostly a question of "we dont know cos theres no long term studies"
..and nicotine is being used by a different transport method of delivery, and once again "we dont know the long term effects"

and Beansy's informative offerings:
We do know that PG and VG are not going to leave a long term residue on the lungs. The fact that they are listed as verified excipients for inhalation by the International Pharmaceutical Excipients Council (The group that sets regulation for what inactive ingredients can and cannot be used in drug formulations, the FDA generally heeds their recommendations) demonstrates that the general scientific opinion is that they are safe for long term use.

sums it up. :)
